The Lost Child Boss Guide

Read the bite and arm-swipe windups, then move laterally during the ranged goop sequence.

Area: Sanguine Caverns. Order: Main boss 3 of 11.

Preparation

Favor lateral movement and keep enough space to see the mouth and arm windups.

Boss strategy

1. Dodge the telegraphed bite and jump attacks; use Harden or a dodge on long arm-swipe windups.
2. For the quick bite string, expect three bites rather than assuming the first is the punish window.
3. When the boss jumps away and sprays goop, keep moving sideways until the sequence ends.

Common mistake

Chasing directly behind the boss during the ranged goop sequence.
